…as it launches 24/7 Contact Centre

People’s Own Savings Bank (POSB) which is already making massive drive to improve its innovation and technology has added yet another service after the historic launch of a 24/7 Contact Centre in Harare this Thursday.    

The 24/7 Contact Centre is aimed at improving customer service and satisfaction by the organization for all its customers around the country previously operated during working hours only.

POSB Public Relations Manager, David Makacha expressed delight in their new addition to their services and told Centre News that they are working round-the-clock to meet their customers’ needs.

“We understand that our customers have different preferences and lifestyles, and we want to be available to them whenever they need us. Whether they have a question about their account balance, need help with a loan application, or want to give us some feedback, they can count on us to respond promptly and professionally,” said Makacha.

He also added that; “The Contact Centre is also a testament to our investment in technology and innovation, as we leverage artificial intelligence and data analytics to enhance our service quality and efficiency.”

This new development comes at a time when the banks have been challenged to embrace innovation and technology.

In recent weeks, POSB has also partnered with ZimSwitch and Mastercard to introduce POSB Mastercard Debit Gold card with the ease of transacting in both local and United States Dollar (USD) currency.
